About Pfun Pfood

Bread and Butter Kitchen has partnered with Pfun Pfood, the brainchild of Laura Pfundstein. Committed to healthy, fresh food, Laura has designed a number of menus that fit within the Bikini Boot Camp guidelines. She works closely with a number of personal trainers and gyms to ensure her meals meet their customers needs. But you don’t need to be in boot camp to enjoy the food – anyone can order, so what are you waiting for?

Laura has designed a number of menus that meet the Bikini Boot Camp guidelines. Menus rotate every two weeks with five different meals available each week. Choose one meal or many – the decision is yours. Meals are made daily by the team at Bread and Butter Kitchen and available to pick up at the cafe. Orders for the week must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. While we do prepare extras, we can’t guarantee a meal unless they are pre-ordered.

So you’ve committed to your health and are working hard to get or stay in shape. We get it – it’s tough work and seriously time consuming! It’s for that reason that Pfun Pfood and Bread and Butter Kitchen have partnered together. We’re taking the guess work out of meal time and providing fresh, gourmet meals that are made from scratch using the best ingredients available. Order one meal or multiple, the choice is up to you!

Every meal includes 6oz. of protein and as many vegetables as we can fit in the container.

Current Menu

Meals may be purchased individually or five (a full week’s worth). If you are interested in ordering one meal at a time, orders must be received by noon the day before pick up. Meals are available for pick up each weekday between 7:30 – 3PM.
