MeatCrafters salamis, cured meats, and sausages are made for charcuterie lovers everywhere. Their collection will satisfy the most discerning palate. They use only high quality meats, of which many are locally sourced and produced in small batches. They use the freshest spices, herbs, and seasonal blends designed to bring out unique and complex, yet subtle flavors. 

Bread and Butter Kitchen purchases cured meats and salamis from MeatCrafters, but more importantly, they produce both our breakfast sage sausage and Heli’s Chorizo for us. Fun fact, Heli’s Chorizo uses the family recipe of one of our employee’s aunt. She receives a portion of all sales of our chorizo. Available in store in retail packs and featured throughout our breakfast menu.
